By purchasing or downloading any Kajabi or GoHighLevel website template (“Templates”) from SaaSy Funnels, you agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before making your purchase.

2. Personal Use Only

All Templates are licensed for personal use only. You may use the Templates for your own business or personal projects. You are not permitted to: - Resell, redistribute, or give away the Templates (in part or whole) - Use the Templates for client projects where the client receives the editable files - Claim the Templates as your own original design.

3. Custom Fonts

Some Templates may include custom fonts. It is your responsibility to ensure you have purchased and hold the correct license for any custom font used in the Template. SaaSy Funnels does not provide font licenses and is not liable for any misuse or unlicensed use of third-party fonts.

4. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the Templates remain the exclusive property of SaaSy Funnels (Operated by The SaaSy Coach Pty Ltd). You may not remove any branding, copyright, or proprietary notices included in the Templates.

5. Refund Policy

We offer a 7 day refund policy for change of mind. To request a refund, please contact us within 7 days of your purchase with your order details. Refunds will not be granted after this period.

6. Limitation of Liability

SaaSy Funnels is not liable for any damages or losses resulting from the use or inability to use the Templates. All Templates are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

7. Updates & Support

Purchase of a Template does not include future updates or ongoing support unless otherwise specified at the time of purchase.

8. Amendments

We reserve the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and will take effect immediately.
