Why I do this

Your time is the whole point.

Most business owners don’t start a business to spend their evenings chasing invoices, copying leads into spreadsheets or logging in to five different tools.

You started it for freedom. More time with your people, more time doing the work you love, more time to go wherever and do whatever lights you up.

That’s why I do what I do. I design and build one connected system around the way you actually work, so the repetitive stuff runs itself and you get your hours back.

How I got here

I know what it costs when your business runs you.

My first business was an award-winning concept that nearly bankrupted me. It took a toll on my health and my relationships, and I came away with a very clear picture of what I didn’t want to build.

A friend introduced me to James Wedmore’s Business By Design program, and it changed my life. I moved into online course creation and discovered Kajabi. That grew into a six-figure business that let me leave corporate work and run things from home while raising my children.

Along the way I built websites, funnels and automations for hundreds of other business owners. I saw the same thing everywhere. The businesses that grew without burning out weren’t working harder. They had a system behind them.

So I created SaaSy Funnels. One platform, built around how you work, for coaches, course creators and service providers who want a business that runs smoothly without them in every corner of it.

Outside of work

I build systems so I can spend time out of the office.

I practise what I preach. When the business runs on a system, I get to do the things I love.

Sailing

I’m a total beginner and already hooked. The plan is to move my family and this business onto a yacht in the next few years, and I’m building the systems now to make it possible.

Travel

I started out as a travel agent, spent a season as a ski rep in Europe, and even worked as a cruise ship bingo caller. The Maldives is my favourite place on earth, and I dream of one day hosting a retreat there.

Cocktails

I’m always up for a good one, ideally at sunset, ideally with friends. If we ever meet, I’ll let you buy the first round. Or I’ll buy it.

I live in Perth, Western Australia, with my Dutch husband (we met online, which is the most automated romance I know of) and a very busy family.
