Frequently Asked Questions
What is included with a Branding Application?
If you would like to start from a template to keep your costs down but still want it to look and feel like your own brand, a Branding Application is the perfect solution! We will take your style guide (colours, fonts and usage guidelines) and apply your branding to your 10 preferred template pages from the design.
It takes us about 7 days from receipt of your branding and we always get your approval on the Homepage first before going on with the remaining pages.
Once we have applied the branding, you will need to add in the copy (text) and images at your end.
Do you offer other website services for HighLevel or Kajabi?
We offer a full range of Kajabi services that you can learn more about here and if you need something more bespoke, feel free to submit the application form at the bottom of this page.
For HighLevel website services, we only offer these to our SaaSy Funnels members. If you need regular VA support and have a HighLevel (GHL) account, why not chat to us about transferring your existing HighLevel account into the SaaSy Funnels platform? You'll retain all your content, automations, and features as SaaSy Funnels has also been built on the HighLevel platform and transferring your current HighLevel account to SaaSy Funnels only takes a couple of minutes.
How do I import the templates to my account?
Kajabi Users: For Kajabi, all template pages come as zip files - 1 zip file per landing page and an additional zip file for the main website theme. These need to be imported to your Kajabi account one at a time, as zip files. We offer a bonus importing service with our templates if you would prefer our team take care of it. You'll just need to set us up with access and give us 48 business hours.
HighLevel Users: If you're using HighLevel (GHL) or some derivative if that (FGFunnels, Ivorey, Mastermind etc), then your template design will need to be imported as a "snapshot". You will be given a snapshot link after purchase and it's as simple as clicking the link and "accepting" the snapshot into your account. Your snapshot comes complete with global colours and forms. If you would like us to import it for you, we'll need you to invite us to your GHL account as a team member.
What support is offered if I get stuck?
You'll receive 30 days of "Ask us anything" email support but you can also post any questions into our SaaSy CEOs Support Circle which is our private client-only community.
Do you have an Affiliate Program?
Yes we do! And thank you for wanting to spread the word! We pay a generous commission of 30% on all referred template pack sales, 60 days after purchase. On a $697 purchase that equates to $209.10, so get sharing! You can join us as an affiliate here.
How do I qualify for a free template pack?
There are 2 ways you can get your hands on a template design of ours for free!
Option 1: Join us on SaaSy Funnels, where all our members receive free access to our entire template range.
Option 2: Join Kajabi, if that's your preferred platform, using our Partner Link on either the Basic or Growth plan and you'll be able to claim 1 of our template designs when you move off of free trial and on to an active paid subscription.
